Vibe coding is the practice of building software at the level of intent. You describe outcomes; an agent — Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity — handles the file edits, test runs, and shell calls. You stay in flow on the what; the agent handles the how.
We teach this in five tracks. Course 01 puts Claude Code in your terminal and walks you from your first prompt to a shipped capstone — including the 2026 toolkit: skills, checkpoints, hooks, and MCP. Course 02 takes Codex onto mobile — Expo, auth, push, payments, App Store. Course 03 graduates you to Google Antigravity: an agent-first IDE where you run a fleet of agents from mission control and review their work as artifacts. Course 04 goes under the hood — agentic AI engineering: RAG, MCP servers, LangGraph, finetuning, evals, and the security layer that makes AI systems production-ready. Course 05 is the technique layer — prompt engineering from zero-shot to chain-of-thought to prompt injection defense.
Each lesson is a walkthrough you run on your own machine, a sandbox replay you can scrub through turn-by-turn, or a concept lesson — all gated by a quiz before you mark it complete. Progress lives in your browser. No signup, no paywall.

What is vibe coding?
Vibe coding is building software by describing outcomes to an AI agent — Claude Code, Codex, or Google Antigravity — which handles the file edits, test runs, and shell commands. You work at the level of intent: specify what you want, review the diff, correct, repeat. The skill is in specifying, reviewing, and steering, not in typing syntax.
Is Vibe Code School really free?
Yes. All 170 lessons across seven courses are free with no signup, no paywall, and no email capture. Your progress, XP, streaks, and badges are saved in your browser's local storage. The curriculum is open source on GitHub.
Which course should I start with?
If you want to build software, start with Course 01 — Vibe Coding using Claude Code; it assumes zero coding background. If you want AI for everyday office work instead of code, start with Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work. Prompt Engineering Mastery pairs well with any track. The roadmap page sequences all seven.
Do I need to know how to code first?
No. The agent writes the code; the courses teach you to direct it — describing outcomes, reading diffs, catching mistakes, and shipping. Later courses touch real engineering concepts (auth, payments, RAG, evals), but every concept is explained when it first appears.
How do XP, quests, and badges work?
Completing a lesson earns 60 XP (plus 40 for a perfect quiz), which levels you through 12 ranks from Prompt Initiate to Vibe Architect. The Quest Map shows courses as regions with modules that unlock in order, the Arcade has six mini-games that award XP and badges, and your profile tracks streaks on a GitHub-style heatmap. All of it lives in your browser.

Yes — finish any course and you can generate a free completion certificate with unique generative badge art, then add it to your LinkedIn profile in one click. No account needed.
